So, I saw this new thing pop up in Monopoly GO the other day – it’s called Boardwalk Blitz. It’s one of those events that only lasts for like, 24 hours, so I figured I’d better jump in and see what it’s all about. I started playing it yesterday, on April 29th.
First off, I noticed it’s a tournament, which is cool. I like a little friendly competition. They set it up with 30 milestones, you know, like checkpoints in the game. And each one you hit, you get some kind of prize. I started rolling those dice, doing my usual thing, buying properties, and trying to bankrupt my opponents – you know, the usual Monopoly stuff.
As I played, I started racking up those milestones. The first few were pretty easy, just a bit of cash here, some extra dice rolls there. Nothing too crazy. But then, I started getting these things called “shovel tokens” – I guess they’re for some other part of the game, some kind of digging event. I kept playing, trying to hit those bigger milestones. The rewards started getting better – more dice, more tokens, and these temporary boosts that help you out for a little while.

- Collected cash, dice rolls, and those shovel tokens along the way.
- Used some of the boosts to help me out, especially when things got tough.
- Kept playing for the whole day, trying to get as far as I could.

By the end of the day, I didn’t quite hit all 30 milestones, but I got pretty far. I think I ended up with a good chunk of those 4,170 dice rolls they promised and a decent amount of shovel tokens, maybe close to 100 of those. Not bad for a day’s work, right?
Honestly, it was a fun little event. It kept me busy, and I got some decent rewards out of it. If you’re into Monopoly GO, I’d say give these events a shot. You never know what you might win. And hey, it’s always fun to roll those dice and see where you land, right?
