Alright, so I’ve been meaning to figure out this whole thing about how many NFL teams are actually in Florida. I mean, you hear about the Sunshine State, and you think beaches, maybe Disney World, but football? Turns out, it’s a bigger deal there than I thought.
So, I started digging around. First, I tried to remember the teams I already knew. I was like, “Okay, there’s gotta be at least one or two, right?” I did a quick search for NFL teams, and boom, a list of all 32 teams popped up. It was a bit overwhelming, not gonna lie.
Then, I narrowed it down to Florida. It turns out there are not only 1 or 2, but three NFL teams in Florida! It’s like a football party down there. And it’s not just professional teams. I found out that Florida’s got a bunch of college football teams too, 13 Division 1 teams to be exact. That’s a lot of football.
Here are the teams I found:
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers
- Miami Dolphins
- Jacksonville Jaguars
So yeah, Florida and football are definitely a thing. I learned something new today, and hopefully, you did too. It’s pretty cool how much football is packed into one state. I might have to catch a game next time I’m down there soaking up some sun.
