Alright, so, I’ve been digging into this thing about Phil Mickelson and his wife, Amy. I mean, who hasn’t heard of the guy, right? Famous golfer, tons of wins. But his wife, Amy, I realized I didn’t know much about her, or their story. So, I started poking around, wanted to know how they got together and all that.
Turns out, they met way back when they were both at Arizona State University. It had to be around 1992, man, that’s a long time ago. I even found this book Phil wrote, called “One Magical Sunday: (But Winning Isn’t Everything).” I haven’t read the whole thing, but it sounds like he talks about their relationship in there.
What I found
- The Meeting:
So, they met in college. I guess back then, Amy was into cheerleading, and Phil was already into golf. Can you imagine them, these two young kids, not knowing what the future holds?
- The Book:
Phil wrote a book, and I am betting there’s some good stuff about Amy in there. I should probably read the whole thing sometime, it seems interesting.
- Their Life Now:
They’re like a power couple in the golf world. I’ve seen some recent articles about them, especially because of Phil’s big wins. It seems like they’ve been through a lot together.
I also saw some tags like “Amy and Phil Mickelson” and “Phil Mickelson’s Wife Amy” in some articles dated around April 21st. Must have been some news about them around that time. I didn’t dig into that too much, but it’s interesting how their story keeps popping up.
Anyway, that’s about it. It’s not like I’m writing a biography or anything, just sharing what I found out. It’s pretty cool to see how two people’s lives can intertwine like this, you know? College sweethearts, and they’re still going strong. Makes you think about your own life and relationships, right?
