Okay, so, let’s talk about my experience with building an army in Clash of Clans, specifically when I was at Town Hall 9. It was a wild ride, I gotta say.

I started by experimenting with different troop combinations. I mean, who doesn’t, right? At first, I was all about the ground troops. I tried a bunch of stuff, like the GoHo strategy. I read somewhere to create a funnel using some troops, I remember I used Witch and healers, It was kinda cool seeing those skeletons running around, but it wasn’t always consistent. Sometimes it worked like a charm, other times it was a total flop.
Then I thought, “Why not try something different?” So, I dove into air attacks. I heard about this Lavaloon strategy, and it sounded pretty powerful. I started training Lava Hounds and Balloons. It was a bit of a learning curve, figuring out the right timing and placement.
- The first few times, my Balloons got wrecked before they could do much.
- But I kept practicing, and eventually, I got the hang of it.
I also played around with the Queen Charge LaLo. Basically, you use your Archer Queen to take out some key defenses, and then you unleash the Lava Hounds and Balloons. It was tricky to get the Queen to go where I wanted her to, she can be a bit stubborn at times. After I practice again and again, I could easily use this to destory other base.
And for quick attacks I used like 10 dragons and 4 balloons. Most importantly, I used 8-9 light spell to destory the air defense. And then I could easily deploy dragons. That’s so amazing!
At last I found these strategies were pretty solid. It just takes some practice to figure out what works best for you and the base you’re attacking.

Building an army in Clash of Clans is all about trial and error. You gotta experiment, see what works, and adapt your strategy. Don’t be afraid to try new things, and don’t get discouraged if things don’t go your way at first. Just keep practicing, and you’ll be crushing those bases in no time!
