Okay, so I finally tackled the “Last Farewell” task in Grey Zone Warfare. Let me tell you, it was a bit of a doozy, but I figured it out, and I’m here to share how I did it.
Getting Started
First things first, I made sure I had the task. You gotta pick it up from one of the vendors, I can’t remember which exactly. Just check your active tasks.
Then, I geared up. I’m not the best shot, so I went in a little heavy. A decent rifle, plenty of ammo, and some meds. It’s always better to be overprepared, right?
Finding the Location
Next, I had to find the location.The key, is finding the right spot near the motel.
The Mission Itself
Once at the motel area I looked for the specific spot.It is near the motel,you need to get close and find the area.
- I moved carefully. I got downed a couple of times before I learned to take it slow and check my corners. There are AI enemies everywhere, and they’re not messing around.
- Then,I placed the item。
Exfiltration (Getting Out Alive!)
After I placed the tracker, it was time to get out of there. I didn’t want to stick around and risk losing all my loot. I backtracked, following the same route I took to get in, keeping an eye out for any remaining enemies.
I found my extraction point and waited for the helicopter. That’s always the most nerve-wracking part! Once I was on board, I breathed a huge sigh of relief.
I completed the task!Head back to base camp and get reward!
And that’s it! That’s how I completed the “Last Farewell” task. It took a few tries, a bit of patience, and a whole lot of ammo, but I got it done. Hope this helps anyone else struggling with it. Good luck out there!
