Alright, alright, lemme tell ya ’bout this wrestling show, this “SmackDown” thing, episode number… uh, 1482, yeah, that’s it. Folks was yellin’ and hollerin’, just like always.

So, first thing, they showed some stuff from last week. I ain’t always remember what happened last week, ya know? Too much goin’ on in my life, gotta feed the chickens, chase the squirrels outta the garden. But they showed it, all that wrestlin’ and smackin’ around. Then this fella, Solo Sikoa, and his new crew, “Bloodline 2.0” they call ‘em, they come out.
Solo, he ain’t talk much, just a few words, then they get to fightin’. That’s what I like, less talkin’, more punchin’. This Bronson Reed fella, big ol’ boy, he was in it too. All that happened right there in Salt Lake City, some place out west I think. Heard it was cold there, makes my bones ache just thinkin’ about it.
- They got this Jade Cargill girl, tough as nails she is. Someone attacked her backstage, sneaky like.
- Then this other girl, Bianca Belair, she says she ain’t gonna fight in some kinda “United States Title” match. Said somethin’ ‘bout Jade gettin’ hurt. Good girl, lookin’ out for her friend, I reckon.
Lots of recappin’, they call it. Showin’ what happened before. Guess some folks need a reminder, or maybe they just like watchin’ it again. Me? I just wanna see the new stuff, the new fights, the new smackin’.
They even had this thing with a ladder, a “Ladder Match.” Crazy stuff, them boys climbin’ up, fallin’ down. One fella got hurt real bad, they said. Hope he’s alright, ain’t nothin’ worse than a bad back, lemme tell ya.
This “Bloodline” thing, it’s always somethin’ with them. Remember that Roman Reigns fella? He used to be the big boss. And that Jey Uso, he was with ‘em too. Always drama with them folks, more drama than my sister-in-law’s weddin’, and that was a doozy. They said somethin’ ‘bout new people comin’ to SmackDown too. New faces, new fights, that’s what keeps it interestin’, I guess.

Now, about watchin’ this SmackDown. They said it’s on this “USA Network” on Fridays. Eight o’clock at night, they say. That’s too late for me, I’m usually in bed by then. Gotta get up early to feed them chickens. But my grandson, he watches it. He tells me all about it. And in Canada, it’s on somethin’ called “Sportsnet 360”. Don’t know nothin’ ‘bout that, never been to Canada, heard it’s even colder than Salt Lake City up there.
They also got this other wrestling show, “NXT”, on Tuesdays. That one’s on “The CW”, whatever that is. Seems like there’s always wrestling on, somewhere. My grandson, he tries to explain it all to me, but I just nod and smile. As long as there’s some good punchin’ and smackin’, I’m happy.
So yeah, that’s what happened on SmackDown episode 1482, or at least, that’s what I remember. Lots of fightin’, some talkin’, and a whole lotta recap. Same ol’ wrestling, just a different night, I reckon.
And that’s the truth, plain and simple. Just like I like it.
