Today, I tried to mess around with something called “stone chair pressure plate” in Baldur’s Gate 3. Man, it was a wild ride!
First, I started the game and loaded my save file. I headed straight to that area with the stone chairs and the pressure plates. I always thought there was something fishy about them.
I spent a good while just placing my characters on the chairs, one by one. Nothing. Tried putting some random junk from my inventory on them. Still nothing. I even tried to cast some spells around the area, thinking maybe it was some hidden magic trigger. Nope, nada.

Figuring it Out
Then, I remembered reading something online about needing a specific character, so I switched to my heaviest character and had him sit on the chairs. Still nothing, I started to think it was another online legend. Then it hit me. What if I need all of my characters to sit at the same time? It took a bit of fiddling around, but I finally managed to get all four of them on the chairs simultaneously. And guess what? The pressure plates lit up!
I found a hidden path behind the stone wall and it led to a secret room! Inside, there were a bunch of items I could take, I looted everything I could. It was awesome! I found some rare armor and a couple of magic items that are really going to come in handy. It’s amazing what you can find when you just experiment and try out different things.
So yeah, that was my adventure for the day. Just goes to show, sometimes you gotta think outside the box and try every possible combination, even if it seems silly at first. You never know what secrets you might uncover! It was a good day of gaming, and I can’t wait to see what other hidden stuff I can find in this game.
