Okay, here is my sharing about “vandy baseball”, hope you guys like it:
I have been following the Vanderbilt baseball team for a while. A few days ago, I finally got the chance to watch a game. I was so excited to see this game.
First, I went to their official website to check the game schedule. It turned out that they had a home game, so I started to look for tickets right away. I found some on a second-hand trading platform. The price was okay, so I bought them.
On the game day, I got to the stadium early. The atmosphere was great! Many fans were wearing Vanderbilt jerseys and caps. When the game started, everyone was cheering. It was really good to see the team play in person.
The Commodores played really well that day. They beat the other team. Their offense was on fire, hitting a bunch of runs. There was this one player, Alan Espinal, who hit a double and brought in three runs! The crowd went wild!
But it wasn’t just the offense. The pitchers did a great job too, keeping the other team’s score low. I also heard from the fans that they need one more win in Lexington.
Watching the game live was way better than just reading the news online. I could feel the energy of the fans and see the players’ skills up close. It made me realize how much I love baseball and how cool it is to be part of the Vanderbilt community.
